This blend is a marvelous blend of 2 exceptional products 100% made from Sicilian artisanat. Picked in the WWF salt marshes reserve of Trapani in northern Sicily, this sea salt flakes enjoys a preserved natural environment. Custom-made ceramic jars created to enhance this unique product. The ceramic jar is inspired by the patterns of regional artisanal ceramics in Sicily. The 100% natural Sicilian lemon is known to be one of the tastiest lemons in the world. The salt works of Trapani and the local artisan artisans who harvest this lemon are only a few kilometers away. It takes you 20 minutes to cycle from the salt flats to the lemon orchards, so these two were meant to meet.
