As always, the Forum will host live cooking sessions in the Auditorium, featuring renowned chefs and workshops, which include tasting and registration.
There will be several prizes and contests, among many other activities as well as a large exhibition space with well-known companies in the distribution, food and beverage production, foodservice or equipment and machinery sectors . It will once again be a must for gastronomy professionals and also for the gourmet public.
The best companies in the foodservice sector will participate in the fair, from equipment, services and distribution companies, to small producers in the primary sector and food crafts. Jaume von Arend stressed that, "at this time there is already 82% of fair space sold . " Respect to the last edition of 2017, "on this occasion the fairground will grow by 20% which denotes the growing interest on the part of the companies in the Forum that see the event as a magnificent showcase to promote their products and services".
The origin of the exhibitors is mainly Galician, and represents more than 70%. There will also be companies from Andalusia, Asturias, Catalonia, Valencia, Madrid, Extremadura or the Basque Country and from different European countries such as Italy, Belgium or Portugal .
